Terms of Service

By installing or using any OptimaFlow app (including OptimaFlow SEO & AI Search), you agree to these terms. If you use the apps on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Our apps provide SEO and store-optimization tooling for Shopify stores. Features vary by plan as described on each app's listing page. We may add, change, or remove features over time; material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated in advance.

• Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on a 30-day cycle.
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; you can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.
• Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Refunds follow Shopify's App Store refund policies.

• You retain full ownership of your store content. You grant us permission to read and modify it only as needed to deliver the features you use.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before applying them to your store.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other merchants' data, or resell the service without permission.

Search engines and AI assistants rank and cite content based on factors outside any tool's control. We provide best-practice tooling, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, or revenue outcomes.

The apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimaFlow's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
