By installing and using OptimaFlow SEO & AI Search ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

OptimaFlow grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms and Shopify's Partner Program Agreement.

• You may use the App solely for optimizing the Shopify store on which it is installed.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to disseminate malicious content.

All subscription charges are processed exclusively through Shopify's Billing API and billed on your regular Shopify invoice.

• Paid Plans: Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial with $0 charged.
• No Hidden Add-ons: All advertised features in a tier are included without hidden fees or per-resource microcharges.
• Auto-Cancellation: When you uninstall the App, active billing subscriptions are automatically canceled.

AI-generated titles and descriptions are provided as suggestions. You retain final authority over which changes are published. Before executing bulk AI mutations, the App creates an immutable snapshot to ensure you can revert modifications in one click.

Technical support is provided by human engineers during our published Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) operating window, offering direct overlap with Australia, Asia, and European morning hours.
