OptimaFlow builds high-performance, privacy-first tools for Shopify merchants. OptimaFlow SEO & AI Search provides bulk metadata management, Google Search Console synchronization, rich structured schema, and AI discoverability (llms.txt) without bloating storefront themes.

When you install OptimaFlow SEO & AI Search, we access and store:

• Store Identifiers — your myshopify.com domain and official API access token issued by Shopify.
• Catalog Metadata — product, collection, article, and page titles, descriptions, and image alt texts required to conduct SEO readiness scans and execute authorized edits.
• Google Search Console Analytics — only if you connect your Google account: impressions, clicks, CTR, and search queries strictly for display in your admin console.

• We never sell, rent, or monetize your store catalog or SEO metrics.
• We never store or collect your buyers' personal identifiable information (PII).
• We never inject hidden tracking scripts or advertising tags into your online store.

Your store metadata belongs exclusively to you. All approved changes are pushed directly to Shopify's native GraphQL fields. Furthermore, before any AI bulk modifications take place, an immutable snapshot backup is recorded, allowing you to roll back changes with a single click.

When you uninstall the App, our automated Shopify webhook immediately triggers full data deletion. All cached metadata, snapshots, and connected Google Search Console OAuth tokens are permanently purged from our database within 48 hours. Because metadata is written natively to Shopify, your live SEO tags remain active and unaffected.
